Over my ten years as a service assistant at Preem AB, I’ve had the privilege of working at one of the city’s busiest gas stations, a key meeting spot for both locals and passersby. Known for its high customer volume, this role has provided me with valuable experience in managing large numbers of customers with a strong focus on service. My tasks have varied from cashier duties and stock replenishment to ensuring the station is always clean and welcoming. I’ve also handled customer inquiries and provided personalized service, which has been central to my role. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of delivering high-quality service and have helped create a positive atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty.
