The project began by addressing issues with the website's navigation and the unclear concept of Balance Golf. The team conducted interviews to understand the needs and frustrations of site visitors, creating a persona to represent the target audience of players. Insights from interviews and card sorting guided the development of a sitemap, which informed the design of a mixed-fidelity prototype to enhance navigation and information structure.

Team members produced sketches and wireframes individually, reflecting the audience's needs and frustrations identified from the interviews. These elements were incorporated into the prototype for user testing and eventual coding of the final product. Although the team initially considered interviewing multiple groups, they chose to focus on players to stay within the project deadline. Players expressed interest in Balance Golf but desired clearer information on performance benefits, pricing, product details, and training options on the site.
