This project, conducted in collaboration with Region Halland's Ambulance Service, aimed to address the need for streamlined access to decision-support documents and tools. The goal was to create the foundation for a potential application that would consolidate various information channels. The process involved qualitative interviews with ambulance staff and management, supported by a quantitative survey to confirm key insights. Research findings guided the development of a functional prototype in Figma, which was then tested for usability with ambulance personnel. Feedback from these tests informed a coded prototype, with additional insights documented for future development possibilities.
